We do not grant the right of withdrawal

Right of revocation
Since Swiss law does not provide for a right of withdrawal online and our place of jurisdiction is determined in Switzerland, we generally do not grant a right of withdrawal.

If products have not been specially ordered for the customer (purchaser) (stock items) and the package has not yet been handed over to the post office, the order can be canceled after consultation. As soon as the goods are on their way to the customer, the order can no longer be canceled. Since only prepaid deliveries can be sent, no repayment can be made, either in part or in full. The goods are considered sold, the contract concluded without the possibility of revocation.
